Following roles within vehicle finance companies, he co founded XLCR and now serves as Chief Executive, responsible for total operational & financial control as well as strategic planning & legal affairs.
Shaun has spent his working life in the motor trade. Starting out in used car sales, his career developed to prestige new car retail before moving to specialise in selling vehicles to businesses. Originally a co founder of XLCR and today the company's Sales Director, Shaun is reponsible for the continual development and achievement of XLCR's New Business Department.
Mark joined XLCR in 2004 as a New Business Advisor. His potential was quickly recognised, and his loyalty & passion for ensuring customers receive the best levels of service saw him work his way up through the departments. Today he serves as number one to the Chief Executive, taking intermediary responsibility for our Customer Service, Admin and Delivery Departments.
One of XLCR's longest-serving & most experienced members of the senior management team. A first-class honours graduate, Stephen joined us in 2000 and has served in and helped develop almost every department within the business. With this knowledge, he is ideally suited to head our Technology & Special Projects Division.
A graduate accountant, Matthew takes responsibility for the delivery authorisation team, management of our debtors and creditors and employee welfare and payroll. He is a key member of the senior management team, preparing detailed reports daily for submission to the board of directors.
Joining the company in 2003 originally in the New Business Team, Gareth moved to the finance proposal team, before finally being promoted to his current position as head of that department. It's Gareth & his team's job to obtain credit for every XLCR customer at the very best possible finance rate. Before XLCR, a pro cyclist competing at international level for the England team.
Ryan is responsible for the successful production and despatch of finance documentation. This mammoth job ensures that hundreds of document packs and letters pass through our mail room smoothly every day under his careful scrutiny. Out of the office Ryan is a keen sportsman.
Joining the company in 2001, Tracey is an integral part of our Sales Administration Team. With a desire for continual improvement, she sets her standard very high, which sees the team constantly achieve the high service standard set out by our management team. Out of the office, her two fantastic children keep her very busy.
Chiara supervises communication between our suppliers and customers, ensuring that vehicles are delivered on schedule, whilst remaining cost effective for the business. Often a major juggling act involving the co-ordination of our logistics team collecting and delivering vehicles all over the UK every day. Chiara is currently on secondment to our Accounts Team.
With a career history in home loan management and personal credit, Lorna joined the XLCR credit team with an ambition to increase proposal efficiency. A popular member of the team, she always works meticulously and conscientously.

A business graduate, Matthew joined XLCR in 2001 making him the longest-serving member in the new business team. Matthew manages some of our biggest customer accounts as well as remaining passionate about new business. With seventeen years' experience in the motor trade, he is often considered an oracle. Outside of work, a devoted family man.
After a background in aviation engineering and sales, Gary joined the XLCR team in 2004. Now a senior member of the New Business Team, Gary specialises in developing local business. In his spare time, a sports reporter for BBC Radio, cricket manager for a team in the Lancashire League, and a committed family man.
With a background in retail sales in the motor industry spanning over a decade, and with a nuance for business-to-business sales, Rob joined the New Business Team directly from a career with Citroën. A consistent achiever in all areas, Rob is also a commercial vehicle specialist.
Joining us in 2007, Michael has quickly become an invaluable member of the XLCR New Business Team. Michael is highly focussed and customer driven and works hard to ensure every deal he does is tailored exactly to the customers requirements.
Danny joined the XLCR team in 2007 after working for a local golf club. Danny is a keen footballer and plays golf off a handicap of 2. He is a confident and enthusiastic member of the team who loves his work.
Guy joined XLCR following a succesfull career as a Golf professional. Excelling in coaching, retail sales and in customer service he is a highly dedicated, loyal and customer-focused member of the team. With pevious motor industry exprience in retail, he is now putting those skills back to excellent use, building and mainting his client base.
Working as a special assistant to the Deputy CEO, Liam continues to impress people with his dedicated ability to perform enduring special projects. In his spare time, an avid supporter of Burnley FC and a budding DJ in a popular local bar.
Responsible to the Deputy CEO, Jackie is now leading our "CAM Project" which sees thousands of aged records which currently occupy a much-needed floor of office space, uploaded to XNET, our virtual office platform. All new records are automatically stored digitally to ensure the safety and integrity of our customers' data as well as helping XLCR be kinder to the environment.
